My shower was this weekend and we played a very fun game. It's called "Mommy Brain" and it's like memory. You have different cards numbered on the front and with a baby-related word on the back on something like poster board (or that stand up thing people use for science fair projects--My hostess is a teacher). There are 20 cards, with 10 baby words/phrases on the back, so that there are sets of two. You go around, each choosing two cards to see if there's a match. If there is, that person holds onto the match. If not, you flip them back over and the next person gets to try. After the game, there are 10 matches. The hostess goes around and gives out corresponding candies for each phrase/word matched...
Like the person who got the match with "epidural" gets Lifesavers candy, "cost of a baby" gets 100 Grand candy bar, etc.
The others I remember were--
Nap= Take 5 candy bar
Breastfeeding=Milky Way
10 Pound Baby= Whoppers
Contractions=Shock Tarts/Shockers
Bottle=Baby Bottle Pop (sugar candy in a bottle shape)
Baby Girl=Baby Ruth candy bar (I think for a boy it'd be O'Henry)
I had never heard of this game before, so it was a treat to play.
